Retro Nickelodeon Advertised Sneakers?

Does anyone know the name or type of sneakers that used to be given away as a prize on classic nickelodeon shows like Legends of the Hidden Temple? All I remember is that the most emphasized part of the shoe was that they had straps that made a sort of clicking noise when you pulled them tight.
