Shoes with suspension?

Hi at first, what is the part called at the end of the shoe? The soft thing that give you suspension at the heels. Cause iam german and i dont know that word.lol.....And second question is ...can anyone recommend me any shoes with a lot of "suspension"?

umm... the soles of the shoes. Maybe. I dont know. I dont think many english speaking people know either. lol. You can go to a shoe shop and see for yourself what shoes you want.





Die Sohlen von den Schuhen. Vielleicht. Ich weiß nicht. Ich denke nicht, dass viele Englische, die Leute sprechen, entweder. lol kennen. Sie können zu einem Schuhladen gehen und können für sich sehen, welche Schuhe Sie wollen.
