i tried so many times
How can i clean my pumas(shoes)without the soft part turning hard?
They make a product for this sort of thing, depending on whether your shoes are the type I am thinking of. I use this product on my Chuck Taylors all the time(on the rubber parts that is.) The site below is a link to what I'm talking about.

Reply:I wasn't aware that pumas wore shoes. Be very careful taking them off of him. They can be very vicious.
Reply:Try just a wet cloth.. I got some new balances and it's kinda the same material and soap and other stuff puts worn out looking spots on them.
Reply:If your shoes are suede (not leather) and they are just a little scuffed, try using some fine sand paper. I did this on my Uggs and it worked great!
Reply:Soap and water. Not bleach, it will ruin the leather... pleather.
Reply:if they are white try bleach and a tooth brush, but if they have color, mix one cup water with one cup of laundy detergent and scrub with and toothbrush.
