Does skinny jeans suit petite girls? am 5 foot tall size uk 6?

I tried a skinny jeans on, and it made me look smaller for some reason.


Is it for taller girls?





also part from boots, what shoe goes nicely with skinny jeans?

Reply:I think it all depends on the style and the cut of the jeans really. I'm about 5'3 and i have 2 pears on skinnys. The work best with stilletos and they make you look more leggy.





I would suggest to go to different shops (new look would probably be the best in my opinion) and try different styles of jeans and shoes.
Reply:I'm 5ft tall and can only wear skinny or straight legged jeans as i find that wide cut's are far too long and scrape accross the flood and make me look bigger than i am skinny jeans are flattering on my size 10 frame but i'm always finding i have to put turn ups in them or tailor them myself to make them the right length


with my skinny jeans i wear Converse pumps highleg flat boots or highleg boots with a small 1.5/2 inch heel

Reply:lol i hear you! being a typical asian girl (ie short haha) im only 5ft 3 and i fit anything between a 6 to 8 [aus]. i totally looooove my skinny leg jeans! stilettos - really makes ur legs look longer. kitten heels - also v. cute. ballet flats - casual but stylish. try it =)

Reply:I'm exactly the same as you, 5 feet tall and a UK 6-8. Skinny jeans are very flattering on petite frames. They look so much better on me than flared jeans or any other type. They seem to make my body look very proportionate.





As for shoes, I always wear flats with skinny jeans. They look great together.

Reply:I'm moreorless the same size, and I think bootcut is the most flattering style. Skinny jeans can make you look quite scrawny.





If you do wear them, though - stilleto shoes look best to give you a bit of height.
