Is it time for me to get new shoes?

The whole rubber part on the bottom of my shoe is coming off. Not just the sole, but the whole thing LOL :) HAGD all!!

Last time this happened to me, the bottoms were completely off by the timeI got to the store, and I had to wear the new shoes out of the store. Stuck the old shoes in the box, presented the tags to the cashier. She opened the shoe box, how embarrassing!
Reply:Yes it is time for you to get some new shoes unless you can stick the whole thing back again which I doubt.
