How do i remove the yellow stain on my white chucks?

I tried to wash my all-white chuck taylor (canvass) and when it dried, it left stains on the canvass part of the shoe. How do I restore it to spotless white condition?

the new bleach pen, but instead of washing it right away like it said, just get a wash cloth or towel and wipe it off.
