Should I WORRY ABOUT THIS!!!!?

THE OTHER DAY I WAS WALKING IN THE STREET AND IT WAS RAINING OUTSIDE and the sidewalk where i was walking there was like a small pool of blood .So i tryed not to step in it. I dont know if any of the blood got on the bottom of my shoes or the bottom of my pants. So then I went home and since my clothes were wet and shoes, I put them over the chair to dried and then took them to wash like 4 days like later. Then like a week later i sat in the chair and then i touch my pants (exactly where i had place the pants+shoes to dry) then back part and then a while later i touch my lip. Could i get HIV from this. I tried to explain this as best a possible

HIV is a virus- which means it needs a living cell in which it can survive. Viruses like the HIV one die rather quickly once they are in the open


for an infection to take place the living blood (not more than a few hours) would have to come into contact with your blood- so an open wound/ cut/ abrasion/ bruise would be necessary

You should know that HIV/AIDS is killed immediately after oxygen touches it.





During CPR classes they will teach you that it's okay to give CPR to someone who has blood on them, and not worry about HIV/AIDS because the oxygen kills the disease immediately.
